QUALIFICATION TO JOIN 

  • Customers must purchase from any Hedgren Retail Store/Website from December 1, 2023, 10:00 AM - December 31, 2023, 10:00 PM.
  • The TOP 3 Spenders from both Hedgren offline and online store combined,  for the promo period will win a Hedgren Quill Luggage in the color of his/her choice, selection of color is subject to availability of stock upon selection.
  • Customers must sign-up to our Customer Loyalty Program in-store and register at our website for their purchases to be counted and qualified for the contest. 

DETERMINATION OF WINNERS 

  • Winners will be identified by our own Customer Loyalty Program System where we track the cumulative purchases made by the customer. Data will be extracted from our system by January 2, 2024,  in the presence of a DTI Representative. Back-office will process the Sales Data of the December 1, 2023, 10:00 AM - December 31, 2023, 10:00 PM, period and identify the Top spender from both offline and online channels for the promo duration. 
  • If in any case a tie will be recorded, a randomizer will be executed in the presence of a DTI representative. 
  • Winners will win the following items: 
    • 1st place: Quill Luggage - Large
    • 2nd place: Quill Luggage - Medium
    • 3rd place: Quill Luggage - Small

NUMBER OF TIMES A PARTICIPANT MAY JOIN/WIN 

A participant may join multiple times, there is no limit since the essence of the contest is to determine the top spenders. A participant may only win one-time. 

NOTIFICATION AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS 

The winning customer will be notified through Snail Mail, SMS, and e-mail address. Hedgren Philippines reserves the right to disclose and publish names, photos, and other information of the winners in any mode or manner as they deem appropriate.

WHO SHALL PAY THE 20% TAX FOR PRIZES EXCEEDING P10,000

DELIVERY OF PRIZES

The delivery of the prizes to the customer’s chosen Hedgren store or registered address will be taken care of by Uniglobe Travelware Co., Inc. 

WHERE AND HOW TO CLAIM PRIZES

The prizes will be delivered to the chosen Hedgren Branch of the Winning Customer, not later than 30 days from the date of announcement of the winners. Claiming of prize after receipt of registered notice should be until 60 days, otherwise prizes will be forfeited in favor of Hedgren with prior DTI approval

Employees of Hedgren Philippines, its concessionaires/vendors, accredited advertising agencies and suppliers, and their family and relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in the promotion. 

CLAIMING OF PRIZES 

Redemption of prize is until 60 days from receipt of registered notice, otherwise, prizes will be forfeited in favor of Hedgren, with prior DTI approval

To claim the prize, the winner must present their winning receipts, e-mail, Snail Mail, or SMS notification from Uniglobe Travelware Co., Inc.,  and at least 2 government issued IDs (i.e. Driver’s License, Passport, SSS, TIN, Voter’s ID etc.) to the chosen branch of the winner. 

The winner must bring the following when claiming the prize: 

  • E-mail, Snail Mail, or SMS Notification from Uniglobe Travelware Co., Inc. 
  • Winning Receipts 
  • Photocopy of at least 2 valid government-issued IDs of the winner 

Should the prize be claimed through an authorized representative, the representative must bring the following when claiming the prize as well: 

  • E-mail, Snail Mail, or SMS Notification from Uniglobe Travelware Co., Inc.
  • Winning Receipts
  • Authorization Letter with the winner’s signature Photocopy of at least 2 valid government-issued IDs of the representative
  • Photocopy of at least 2 valid government-issued IDs of the winner. 

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, rewards points or products other than the prizes indicated above. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of Hedgren Philippines with prior approval of DTI, once the winner failed to comply with the redemption period. 

In cases where prizes are claimed by virtue of an affidavit of loss of the raffle claim stubs, the said prizes can be released only after the lapse of the 60-day period as provided under Sec.22 or the claim period started in the mechanics, as the case may be. 

In cases where the winner is a minor as evidenced by a birth certificate or is incapacitated the parent or guardian exercising parental authority over him may claim the prize in his behalf. 

In cases where the prize is being claimed by virtue of an affidavit of loss, the prize may only be released to the claimant after the lapse of the deadline for claiming the prize as provided in these rules. 

Splitting of a single transaction for the purpose of generating multiple receipts shall not be allowed. A split transaction is defined as multiple transactions made with the same customer on the same day.
